本文通过两步半连续滴加聚合法利用甲基丙烯酸类单体,引发剂二叔戊基过氧化物,链转移剂十二烷基硫醇,制备了双组分聚氨酯用水分散体.通过此方法制备了苯乙烯(St)含量15.25%、羟基含量2.5%、粘度为954m Pa·s外观呈现为淡蓝色半透明的分散体.然后将该分散体与多异氰酸酯复配使用,在塑胶板上喷涂,得到附着力、光泽、耐溶剂性均优异的漆膜.并讨论了羟基的含量、分散体的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、分子量、单体中苯乙烯(St)含量对涂膜性能的影响.%In this paper, a two-component polyurethane aqueous dispersion was prepared by a two-step semi-continuous dropwise addition polymerization method using a meth acrylic monomer, an initiator di-tart-amyl peroxide, and a chain transfer agent, dodecyl mercaptan.The dispersion of styrene (St) with a content of 15.25%, a hydroxyl value of 2.5%, and a viscosity of 954 mPa·s with a appearance of light blue and translucent were prepared by this method.The dispersion is then mixed with polyisocyanate and sprayed on the plastic board to obtain coating film with excellent adhesion, gloss and solvent resistance.The effects of hydroxyl content, glass transition temperature (Tg), molecular weight and styrene (St) on film properties were also discussed.
