the Soviet area spirit contains the rich connotation of "the Party's mass line". It is our Party's winning magic weapon and the precious spiritual wealth. At present, the whole Party is carrying out the education practice of the Party's mass line in a deep-going way, the main content of which is to"serve the people, deal with concrete issues, and be free from corruption". In the activity, we should summarize the ruling experience of the Party in the central Soviet areas, carry forward the Soviet area spirit, and excavate the profound era value of the Soviet area spirit.
