中药外用治疗膝骨性关节炎用药统计分析

摘要

Objective:Through the systematic collection of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for external use to treat keen osteoarthri-tis(KOA) in recent 10 years, to summarize the medicine laws including the high -frequency TCM and drug pairs.Methods:From 2004 to 2015, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang database for external use in KOA medicine were researched by computer and SPSS modeler 14.1 statistical software was applied to establish a database that used to summarize medicine laws depending on frequency analysis, cluster a-nalysis and calculation of association rules.Results:A total of 938 the prescription collected.Safflower, achyranthes, Speranskia tuber-culata, monkshood, Angelica, lycopodii, Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, clematis and etc.of high -frequency TCM were showed by fre-quency analysis.Cluster analysis shows the classification of TCMand KOA prescription compatibility relations were further pointed out by lifting capacity calculations.Conclusion:The external KOA prescription are applied to dispell wind and dampness, relieve meridian and activiate collaterals, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, relieve swelling and pain deduced by the statistical data.%目的：通过系统收集近10年中药外用治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)用药情况并进行分析，归纳使用频数较高的中药以及药对，探讨用药规律。方法：计算机检索2004年至2015年中国知网、维普、万方三大数据库用于 KOA 外用中药方，应用 SPSS Modeler 14．1统计软件建立数据库，进行频数分析、聚类分析以及关联规则计算，归纳用药规律。结果：共收集 KOA 外用中药方938首。频数分析显示 KOA 外用中药方高频药物为红花、牛膝、透骨草、川乌、当归、伸筋草、草乌、威灵仙等中药，聚类分析显示了药物的归类情况，提升能力计算指出了药物之间的配伍关系。结论：由统计数据推导得出 KOA 外用中药方以祛风除湿、舒经活络、活血化瘀与消肿止痛为治疗规律。
