目的:观察长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合加味枇杷清肺饮治疗肺胃热盛型酒渣鼻的临床疗效.方法:将92例肺胃热盛型酒渣鼻患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各46例.观察组用长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合加味枇杷清肺饮口服治疗,对照组单纯口服加味枇杷清肺饮治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应.结果:总有效率观察组为95.65 ％,对照组为80.43％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合加味枇杷清肺饮治疗肺胃热盛型酒渣鼻疗效满意,适合临床应用.%Objective:To observe the efficacy of rosacea type of excessive heat of lung and stomach treatment with long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser and modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction.Methods:92 patients with rosacea type of excessive heat of lung and stomach were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group(46 cases) were treated with combined long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser and modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction ,and the control group(46 cases) only took modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of observation group (95.65％) compared with the control group total effective rate (80.43％), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Rosacea type of excessive heat of lung and stomach with long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser combined with modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction is outstanding curative effect and is suitable for clinical application.
