Based on the theory of transaction cost,this paper constructed the theoretical framework of"Ag-ricultural Land Consolidation-Transaction Cost-Irrigation Behavior",and used the field research data to verify the intermediary mechanism ofvariables of three dimensions of transaction cost.The results showed that:(1)the specificity of physical assets,geographical location specificity,and policy uncertainty passed the intermediary effect test;(2)irrigation frequency did not pass the mediating effect test.Based on theoretical and empirical re-search results,suggestions were proposed including:(1)listening to the views of farmers in order to enhance the satisfaction of agricultural land consolidation;(2)focusing on the quality of farmland water conservancy fa-cilities,and establishing a sound post-management mechanism.%基于交易费用理论,构建"农地整理-交易费用-灌溉行为"理论框架,利用实地调研数据验证交易费用3个维度变量的中介机制.结果表明:①实物资产专用性、地理位置专用性、政策不确定性均通过中介效应的检验;②灌溉频率未通过中介效应检验.基于理论和实证研究结果,建议:①农地整理时需广泛听取农户意见,以提升农地整理满意度;②着重关注农田水利设施的质量,并建立完善的后期管护机制.
