采用固相反应法制备了La(1-x)2/3 Ca1/3 MnO3/0.33(ZnO,Fe304)(x=0,0.04,0.08)锰氧化物复合材料.Rietveld全谱拟合XRD结果表明:复合材料中第2相(ZnO,Fe3O4)和锰氧化物没有发生化学反应,ZnO以非晶态的形式存在,而Fe3O4以晶态的形式存在.第2相的掺入改变了锰氧化物的晶格参数以及Mn-O键长和Mn-O-Mn键角,使MnO6八面体发生畸变.Fe3O4的掺入可能使La(1-x)2/3 Ca1/3 MnO3发生结构相变,由正交相转变为四方相.%La(1-x)2/3Ca1/3MnO3/0.33(ZnO, Fe3O4)(x=0, 0.04, 0.08) composites are successfully fabricated by solid state reaction. The results from XRD and Rietveld refinement indicate that second phase (ZnO, Fe3O4) has no reaction with manganese oxides. ZnO is amorphous whereas Fe3O4is crystalline in composites. The second phase (ZnO, Fe3O4) can change the unit cell parameters, Mn-0 bond distance and Mn-O-Mn bond angles of La(1-x)2/3Ca1/3MnO3 and make the MnO6 octahedra distorted. Especially, doping of Fe3O4 possibly makes La(1-x)2/3Ca1/3MnO3 structure transition from orthogonal phase to tetrahedral phase.
