新型复合环氧涂料的制备及其性能研究

     

摘要

Polyaniline/monmorillonite (PAN/MMT) composite is prepared and characterized by intercalative polymerization. The composite is added into epoxy at the content of 5% wt to get composite epoxy paint. Simultaneously, polyamide resin is added into as curing agent. XRD analysis indicates that MMT in the PAN/MMT composite is totally stripped. FT-IR analysis shows that MMT is acted with pan. The mechanical testing proves that the mechanical properties of composite paint film are improved. The corrosion resistances of the composite paint films are studied by the means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) test, which shows they have excellent corrosion resistance.%运用插层聚合的方法制备了蒙脱土/聚苯胺复合材料,并对其表征.然后将复合材料加入到环氧树脂中,以聚酰胺树脂作为固化剂,制备复合环氧涂料.通过XRD分析表明制备的复合材料中蒙脱土被完全剥离;同时FT-IR分析表明聚苯胺与蒙脱土存在相互作用;涂层力学性能测试表明复合材料各项力学性能均得到提高;电化学阻抗谱(EIS)表明蒙脱土/聚苯胺/环氧树脂表现出优异的耐腐蚀性能.
