为了探索腐蚀产物膜对缓蚀剂性能的影响,利用SEM,XRD,极化曲线及交流阻抗技术研究了NaHCO3溶液中腐蚀产物膜结构和成分改变对缓蚀剂性能的影响.结果表明:加入不同离子后,腐蚀产物膜的成分及结构发生了明显的变化;在腐蚀介质浓度为40g/L时,由于所形成的主要成分为FeCO3的腐蚀产物膜组织结构致密均匀,缓蚀剂氨基乙酸能很好地吸附在腐蚀产物膜上,通过影响阳极钝化区提高了金属抗腐蚀的能力.%In order to explore the influence of corrosion film to corrosion inhibitor, the effects of structure and component change of corrosion film on corrosion inhibitors are researched by SEM, XRD, polarization curves and impedance. Results indicate that the component and structure change after adding different ions. In the medium concentration of 40 g/L, the structure of corrosion film that is mainly composed of FeCO3 is dense and uniform,and glycine has good adsorption on the surface of corrosion film. This leads to a good capacity to suppression of metal corrosion by affecting anodic passive area.
