基于层次分析法的复合型人才综合素质评价体系研究

     

摘要

To promote universities and colleges to cultivate compound high-quality talents according to the de mand of the society, the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of compound talents is constructed by u- sing combination of qualitative and quantitative analyses, highlighting practical abilities and spirit of innovation, the weights of the indexes are computed by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) , then the compound talents' com prehensive quality can be evaluated reasonably and scientifically. This index system can evaluate college students' quality comprehensively and scientifically by applying it to college students, which is more operationa than the traditional evaluation system.%为推动高校培养面向社会需求的复合型高素质人才,采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法,突出创新与实践能力,构建复合型人才综合素质指标体系,利用层次分析法确定综合素质评价指标权重,科学、合理地评价复合型人才综合素质.通过对某高校理工类大学生进行实际评价,证明该指标体系较为全面、科学地评价了复合型人才综合素质,可操作性强.
