A TOPSIS method is proposed in the light of multiple attribute decision making problem based on the representation of decision information in the form of the SVNS(single-valued neutrosophic set).Firstly,the at-tribute weights are determined by the entropy weight method.Then,the score function of the SVNN(single-val-ued neutrosophic numbers)is defined to use TOPSIS method to make decision.Finally,a case analysis is pro-posed to verify the feasibility and rationality of the method.The article extends the research of the SVNS, and propose a new solution for multiple attribute decision making problem.%针对决策信息以单值中智集信息形式表征多属性决策问题,文中提出了一种TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)方法.首先,利用熵权法确定属性权重;其次定义了单值中智模糊数的记分函数,在此基础上运用TOPSIS方法进行决策排序;最后,通过案例分析验证本文提出方法的可行性与合理性.文中拓展了单值中智集的研究内容,为多属性决策问题提出新的解决方法.
