在探索中创新在规范中完善--对职教期刊规范与创新的思考

摘要

Vocational education journals plays important role in spreading advanced ideas and culture, promoting vocational education exchanges and prosperity,and promoting social civilization and progress.The norms of editing were explored.The current situation of editing norms execution and the main ways of editing innovation were analyzed.The way of innovation in exploring and improvement in normalizing was put for-ward.Appropriate standards would be developed and the professionalism of editor would be improved, with clarifying the relationship between norms and innovative.Dialectical unity of editing norm and innovation would be insisted conducive to culture spread and inheritance.%职教期刊在传播先进思想和文化、促进职业教育交流和繁荣、推动社会文明和进步等方面发挥了关键作用，其规范化建设具有重要意义。阐述了编辑规范的内容，分析了当前职教期刊编辑规范执行的现状以及编辑创新的主要途径。提出要在探索中创新，在规范中完善，在厘清规范和创新两者关系的前提下，切实制定合理的规范，着力提高编辑的职业素养，从而坚持编辑规范与编辑创新建立在有利于文化传承和传播基础上的辩证统一。
