由征地拆迁引发的集群行为中的决策分析--基于行为经济学的视角

摘要

China is in a period of rapid urbanization. In the process of urbanization, collective behaviors caused by land requisi-tion and resettlement occur frequently, the consequences of which is shocking. Under the perspective of basic theory of econom-ics, this paper analyzes the influence factors of collective behavior in the process of land requisition and resettlement, and reveals the reasons of its occurrence. Only by understanding the rules of collective behavior, can we prevent and deal with cluster events rapidly.%当前我国正处于城镇化快速发展时期，在城镇化进程中，由征地拆迁为诱因所引发的集群事件时有发生，造成的后果让人触目惊心。以行为经济学的基本理论为视角，采用其心理分析方法，通过分析在征地拆迁过程中集群行为产生的影响因素，揭示我国当下征地拆迁中集群事件发生的原因。只有了解人们在集群事件中的行为反应规律，才能正确预防和应急处理集群事件。
