The constant development of our higher education is facing new situation and challenges. The rapid development of corporate universities and the rising of vocational education groups impact the development space of higher continuing education;the development trend of online education and integration trend of continuing education are driving the transformation and upgra-ding of higher continuing education. In the Internet era, higher education should firmly grasp the opportunity of information tech-nology revolution, and be adapt to the national policy change of network education and training, to promote MOOC and Micro-lec-tures construction of degree continuing education, vigorously promoting the construction of resources, and giving impetus to estab-lishing education alliance of resources opening and online education. During the 13th Five-year Plan period, the higher continuing education should firmly establish the development ideas of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, and set up the development strategy of serving the country, focusing on the cultivating mode, the content of training, the transformation of learn-ing achievements, so as to speed up the pace of reform.%当前我国高校继续教育发展面临新的形势和挑战，企业大学的快速发展、职业教育集团的兴起冲击着高校继续教育的发展空间，在线教育的发展态势、继续教育的融合趋势推动着高校继续教育的转型升级。在互联网时代，高校继续教育要紧紧抓住信息技术变革的契机，适应国家对网络教育和网络培训的政策变化，大力推进学历继续教育的慕课、微课建设，推进资源开放和在线教育联盟建设。“十三五”时期，高校继续教育要牢固树立创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念，服务国家发展战略，重点在培养模式、培训内容、学习成果转换等方面，加快综合改革的步伐。
