农地流转市场信息不对称问题研究

摘要

Along with the urban-rural integration and the rural land system reform,the transfer and circulation market of agricultural land has become an indispensable part in the rural market economy,and the issue of agricultural land market information asymmetry is becoming a hot topic.In this paper,a measurement model of information asymmetry degree in the market is developed after analyzing information dissemination between the farmer and the transferee.Using the model and the investigation data,it indicated that in mid and west China there exists serious information asymmetry phenomenon in the transfer and circulation market of agricultural land at current,and there are three causes to shape the phenomenon.Namely,it is difficult to acquire and transmit transfer information under current rural land market improvement,the goals of different market subjects are different,and market supervision mechanism are imperfect.Finally,some strategies are put forward to reduce asymmetric information in the transfer and circulation market of agricultural land from the market information source,information transmission mechanism,market monitoring mechanism,and so on.%随着城乡统筹和农村土地制度改革的推进,农地流转市场已成为农村经济不可或缺的部分,农地流转市场信息不对称问题也日益显现.从市场主体角度阐述了农地流转信息传播的方式,并构建了农地流转市场信息不对称度量模型.基于调研数据的分析表明,当前我国中西部农地流转市场信息不对称现象较严重,市场各主体都不拥有完全的市场信息,其成因主要有市场主体获取和传递信息难、市场主体目标不一致和市场监管机制不健全等.基于此,从市场信息源、信息传递机制、市场监管机制等角度提出降低农地流转市场信息不对称程度的策略.
