产业集群背景下跨境电商人才能力素质模型研究——以东阳缝配行业为例

摘要

产业集群跨境电商是新形势下助推外贸转型升级的强大动力.以东阳缝配行业为例,从缝配行业知识、缝配产品知识、平台操作能力、商务英语能力、国际贸易能力、工作作风、个性品质等维度进行调查,构建产业集群背景下东阳缝配行业跨境电商人才能力素质模型,为政府、行业、企业、职业院校的人才培养工作提供建议.%The industrial cluster cross-border e-business is a powerful driving force to boost the foreign trade under the new situation. Taking Dongyang sewing industry as an example, this paper investigated from the following seven dimensions: the sewing industry knowledge, product knowledge, platform operation ability, business English ability, international trade ability, work style and personality, then construct the competence model of cross-border e-business talents in Dongyang sewing industry under the background of industrial cluster, with a view to providing suggestions for the talents cultivation work of government, industry, enterprises and colleges.
