全球化的发展带来众多的全球性问题，催生了全球治理理论的兴起。解决全球性问题超出单一国家的能力范畴，需要国际社会的共同努力。对全球治理理念的不同理解，影响着治理模式的构成及对治理的有效性形成制约。在对权力至上、制度至上和层级划分治理理念的差异进行辨析的基础上，从治理主体、机制和手段方面考察全球治理模式的新变化，可为中国在全球治理体系内选择合理、恰当的角色提供思考。%As the development of globalization has brought about a great number of global issues, the theory of global governance is on the upgrade. However, It is necessary for the international community to make joint efforts, for resolving worldwide issues goes beyond the capability of any individual country. The different comprehensions on global governance influence the constitution of governance model and restrict the effective formation of the governance. Based on the analysis of concept differences among the supreme power, system first and division level governance, current changes of global governance model should be studied on the aspects of subject, mechanism and method of governance, in this way China will get ideas on what is a reasonable and proper role to play in the global governance system.
