当前日本政治的右倾化及其对中日关系的影响

摘要

Since the Shinzo Abe administration came to power in 2012,Japanese political thought began to shift to the right with an increasingly strong political rightist tendency.Japanese leaders publicly deny its history of aggression,beautify the war of aggression,pay homage to the Yasukuni Shrine,try to amend the peaceful constitution,and implement the so-called values diplomacy in foreign affairs.The historical root of Japanese political rightist tendency lies in its incomplete democratic reform and the involvement of the US,while the practical reason lies in America’s Asia-Pacific rebalancing strategy and the rapid rise of China's economy.If the Japanese government does not take effective measures to solve the problem,the conflict between China and Japan will deepen,and the East Asian integration process will suffer setbacks.%2012年安倍晋三政府上台以来，日本政治思潮急剧右转，政治右倾化加剧。日本领导人公开否定侵略历史，美化侵略战争，参拜靖国神社，企图修改和平宪法，积极实施价值观外交，大力增强军事力量。日本政治右倾化的历史根源在于战后民主改革的不彻底性和美国的扶植，现实背景则是美国正在实施的亚太再平衡战略和中国经济的快速崛起。日本政府如果不采取措施解决，中日关系的矛盾将加深，东亚一体化进程将遭受挫折。
