对加气混凝土砌块填充墙防裂监理控制的思考

摘要

Infilling cracking phenomenon of aerated concreteblock is common in the similar projects. It is necessary to summarize and spread anti-cracking method and its main monitoring points, there should be a reasonable schedule of construction in practice and common plastering mortar should never be used to inspect plastering surface; the seam of the frame and brickwork and the seam of brickwork of unlike material should be handled correctly; the main monitoring points should be quantized to make sure that the supervisor will be more powerful in his inspection. In this way the cracking problem will be solved, guaranteeing both quality and quantity.%加气混凝土砌块填充开裂已成为同类工程中出现的一种普遍现象。防裂方法和防裂监控要点的总结和推广很有必要。在实际工作中要合理安排施工进度，不要使用普通抹灰砂浆对抹灰面进行检查；正确处理框架与砌体接缝及不同材质砌体的接缝，量化监控要点，使监理工作师在验收和检查时更有说服力，保质保量地解决好填充墙的裂缝问题。
