可取式桥塞及其机械结构设计原则

             

摘要

Removable bridge plug is widely used in borehole operation because of its advantages such as retrievability, Dispensing with drilling and milling while deblocking and lesser damage to casing pipes. According to its features such as low pressure-bearing and lack of reliability, the author has analyzed the bridge plugs setting, sealing, anchoring, anti-midway setting and two-way high pressure bearing structure, and has also proposed concrete principles for designing its setting mechanism, anchor mechanism and latch mechanism, which helps to improve the design of the removable bridge plug.%可取式桥塞具有可回收性、解封无需钻铣、对套管伤害较小等优点,被广泛应用于井下作业过程中。针对国内可取桥塞承压性能低,可靠性不高的现状,对桥塞的坐封、密封、锚定、防中途坐封及双向承高压结构进行了分析,对桥塞坐封机构、锚定机构和锁紧机构的设计提出了具体的设计原则,有利于进一步提高可取式桥塞的设计水平。
