浅谈油田企业群体性事件的预防

With the deepening of reforms and opening up to the outside world, constantly deepen enterprise reform of economic structure has brought about prominent benefits politically and economically. However, some destabilizing factors, especially rising of mass disturbances, have appeared on the way of the reform, which have caused the negative impact on both society and enterprise. It is necessary to guard against mass disturbances and conciliate conflicts.%随着改革开放的深入，企业经济体制不断深化变革，其政治和经济效益也突显出来。但在改革的途中也出现一些不安定因素，特别是群体性事件的上升，对社会、企业造成不良影响，做好群体性事件的预防，化解各类矛盾实有必要。
