对当前员工思想动态的分析与思考

摘要

Continuous advancement of the enterprise's reform and development leads to variety of benefit de‐mand and valve orientation in the employees .This paper deeply analyzes the major thought the employees are having ,the hot issues they are concerning about and their negative thinking ,followed by the counter‐measures and suggestions to correctly guide them ideologically .%随着企业改革和发展的不断推进，员工的利益需求和价值取向日趋多样化，部分员工中表现出了一些值得关注和深思的问题。本文深入分析了企业员工主流思想状况、员工关注的热点问题及存在的消极思想，提出了正确引导员工思想的对策与建议。
