采油管理区信息化建设现状及发展建议

摘要

Jianghan Oil Production Plant has transformed three-grade management operation pattern into two-grade pattern in the reform of flat management system ,simplifying institutional framework and improving operation effi‐ciency .As the forward position of oilfield production and operation management ,oil production precinct should focus on promoting IT application to put the reform achievements into practice .It is necessary to continue to strengthen the understanding of integration of IT application with industrialization ,have a proper capital investment ,attach an importance to the cultivation of information-based talents ,implement security control over IT application and push forward it in an innovative way .%江汉采油厂在扁平化管理式的体制机制改革中由原来的三级管理运行模式（江汉采油厂－采油管理区－采油队）转化为二级管理运行模式（江汉采油厂－采油管理区），实现了组织机构的简化和运转效率的提升。采油管理区作为油田生产经营管理的前沿阵地，要将改革的成效落到实处，就要着重抓好信息化建设。目前，江汉采油厂采油管理区信息化建设还处于起步阶段，要全面实现源头数据采集、油藏开发管理、生产运行监控和日常办公等的信息化，还要进一步提高对“两化融合”重要性的认识，要合理进行资金投入，要注重信息化人才的培养，要对信息化建设实行安全管控，要以创新来推动采油管理区信息化建设。
