以“就业为导向”的实习基地运作及管理模式的创新与实践研究

摘要

The university graduates are facing the severe employment situation, while practical ability of graduates in the employer’s requirements is becoming higher and higher. This paper explores cooperation device between universities and enterprises, establishing“employment-oriented”“one-stop”practice and“open”operation and management model, repositioning and defining experiment, practice, project, content in order to improve graduates’ employment competitiveness.%当前高校毕业生面临着严峻的就业形势，用人单位对毕业生动手实践能力的要求越来越高。本文探索校企之间新型的协作机制，建立“以就业为导向”的“一站式”实习模式和“开放式”运作和管理模式，对实验、实训、实习的项目、内容进行重新定位与界定，提高学生的就业竞争力。
