社会转型变迁过程中，人口老龄化的对策思考--社会工作介入社区居家养老模式探究

当前，随着我国社会的转型变迁，伴随着社会经济的迅速发展，人口老龄化已成为困扰我国社会发展的瓶颈，需要全社会的力量协同解决。目前，作为解决这一问题的有效路径的社区居家养老体系，主要存在服务水平低、资金投入不足、服务主体单一等问题。社会工作的介入，将会促使其有效整合现有养老资源，服务好老年人这一重要群体，意义重大。%At present, with the transformation and changes of our society, along with the rapid development of social economy, population aging has become the bottleneck that perplexes social development in our country, it needs all social forces to solve. At present, as an effective approach to solve the problem of the community home endowment system, the main problems of low level of service, insufficient capital investment, the single service subject etc. The involvement of social work, will make the effective integration of the existing pension resources, good service to the elderly, has great significance.
