新时期高校共青团干部队伍建设和管理探析

         

摘要

The popularization of higher education, network information source, and after school life diversification, the flexible learning time of the new situation puts forward new requirements on cadres team, to actively respond to in the reform and development of new problems, such as relatively insufficient multi-campus school-running cause league cadres. Logistics service socialization education, life management relative separation;Ideological and political education work arrangements to cadres into student apartment;Students scale and the population structure had the new change, students have proliferated and the students' quality is uneven;Members of complicated ideology. The emergence of these problems make the communist youth league in colleges and universities face a more difficult task, puts forward higher requirements on construction of the contingent of cadres of colleges and universities.%当前高等教育大众化、信息来源网络化、课余生活多样化、学习时间弹性化的新形势对团干部队伍提出了新的要求,要积极应对改革发展中出现的新问题,如多校区办学导致团的干部相对不足;后勤服务社会化教学、生活管理相对分离;思想政治教育工作统筹安排需团干部进学生公寓;学生规模和群体结构有了新的变化,学生数量激增且学生素质参差不齐;团员意识形态复杂化。这些问题的出现使高校共青团面临更为艰巨的任务,对高校团干部队伍建设提出了更高的要求。
