新媒体视域下高校团学工作探析

摘要

With the rapid development of new media technology, the group learning work is facing new opportunities and challenges, this paper expounds the definition and characteristics of new media, the effects of new media on group learning work in colleges and universities is analyzed, this paper discusses new ways of group learning work of the colleges and universities under the new media era:to build the core team, expanding propaganda position, build the interactive platform, create a campus culture.%随着新媒体技术的快速发展，高校团学工作面临着新的机遇与挑战，本文阐述了新媒体的定义及特点，分析了新媒体对高校团学工作带来的影响，并从打造核心队伍、拓展宣传阵地、构建互动平台、营造校园文化等方面探析了新媒体视域下高校团学工作新的途径。
