新的高考制度改革颁布对学生的基础教育和综合素质培养提出了新的要求，指明了未来中国教育的发展方向。但同时也凸显出了一些问题，如评价方式的不明晰、培养导向的不明确等。笔者试从学生的关键能力这一基点出发，探究围绕基点展开的以就业为导向的学生关键能力培养的有效方法和途径。%The new college entrance examination system reform of basic education, to the student comprehensive quality training puts forward new requirements, pointed out the future development direction of Chinese education.
