浅谈高校突发事件中基于法律方面的应对方式

摘要

近年来，我国高校突发事件频发，对校园与学生的安全、校园管理和社会稳定都带来了挑战。本文分析了我国高校突发事件中基于法律方面应对的现状以及和国外、港台地区的差距，进而提出提高我国高校突发事件中基于法律方面的应对能力的途径。%In recent years, university emergencies occur frequently, and brings challenge to the safety of the students on campus, campus management and social stability. This paper analyzes the present situation of coping countermeasures of legal aspects on colleges emergency and the gap of Hong Kong and Taiwan and abroad, and proposes the ways of legal aspects of the ability to respond to emergencies in colleges and universities.
