高校实行思政教育个性化的可行性分析

Pay attention to personality of ideological and political education of college students has been generally recognized. Personalized mode of carrying out ideological and political education can better reflect the cultural characteristics of the ideological and political education, lay a solid foundation for the promotion of college students' ideological and political consciousness. The paper first elaborates the feasibility of carrying out the personality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and then put forward the ideological and political education of college students individual needs respected ideas, and finally put forward the corresponding strategy, looking forward to a positive impact on the level of college students' ideological and political education.%注重大学生思想政治教育的个性化已经取得教育界的普遍认可。实行思想政治教育的个性化模式能够较好的体现思政教育的人文特征，为提升大学生思想政治觉悟奠定坚实的基础。本文首先阐述高校实行思政教育个性化的可行性，然后提出大学生思政教育个性化需要尊崇的理念，最后提出相应的策略，期待对提升大学生思想政治教育水平起到积极的影响。
