浅析离婚财产分割

摘要

In many civil legal relationship, people are most concerned about the issue, and is closely related to our family of marital property is more and more attention. With the development of economy, the renewal of idea, in the divorce case processing, divorce property division has become a key. This paper first introduces the concept of divorce;then discusses the principle and method of the division of property in divorce;divorce property division system defects were analyzed and some suggestions are put forward.%在众多民事法律关系中，人们最关心的是财产问题，而与我们家庭息息相关的婚姻财产则越来越受到重视。随着经济的发展，观念的更新，在离婚案件处理中，离婚财产的分割就成为了重点。本文首先介绍了离婚的概念；然后对离婚财产分割的原则和方法进行了论述；最后对离婚财产分割制度的缺陷进行了简单分析并提出了自己的建议。
