医学实习生教学管理过程中树状图模式的应用

With the continuous progress of science and technology and social development, the way of medical teaching management has been greatly improved. Management of medical intern teaching process is a systematic, standardized, the complexity of the project, so in the management of teaching easily appears some problems and loopholes. In order to improve the efficiency and level of medical intern teaching management, guarantee the smooth and efficient teaching management. Therefore, using the tree mode in the process of management mode to carry on the management and teaching, give full play to the advantages and functions of tree, to improve the level and quality of medical intern teaching management as a whole, make each management link and process more clear. This paper mainly carries on research and analysis based on the dendrogram of medical interns in the process of teaching management, and discusses the advantages and existing problems, put forward reasonable suggestions according to the defects.%随着科技的发展和社会的不断进步，医学教学管理方式有了很大提高。医学实习生教学管理过程是一项系统化、规范化、复杂化的项目，因此在管理教学中容易出现一些问题和漏洞。为了提高医学实习生教学管理的效率和水平，保证管理教学工作顺利、高效的进行。因此，需要在管理过程中采用树状图的模式来进行管理和教学，发挥树状图的优势和功能，从整体上提高医学实习生教学管理的水平和质量，让每个管理的环节和程序更明确、更清晰。本文主要针对医学实习生教学管理过程中采用树状图的模式进行研究和分析，并论述了其中的优势和存在的问题，根据不足提出合理化的建议。
