高职护理教学改革促进应用型教师培养的实践

         

摘要

Since 2008, the school with the provincial quality project implementation and evaluation of personnel training as an opportunity, fully rely on the professional team, innovate special talent training mode, effect of nursing specialty construction is significant, talent training to win a good social reputation, full-time and part-time teachers forms. This paper summarizes the school"eleven five"and the construction of the teaching reform of nursing specialty practices, training of application type colleges of nursing teachers are analyzed.%2008年以来,学校以省级质量工程项目实施和人才培养工作评估为契机,充分依托专业团队,创新“校院合作,工学结合”的专科人才培养模式,护理专业建设成效显著,人才培养赢得良好社会声誉,专兼结合的应用型教师队伍初步形成。本文总结了学校“十一五”以来护理专业教学改革与建设的主要做法,对专科院校护理专业应用型教师的培养进行了分析。
