六西格玛质量管理法在建筑起重机械质量安全管理中的应用

摘要

建筑起重机械体型庞大,施工安全隐患重重,如何在保证设备正常运转的情况下尽可能地减少设备安全问题、避免伤亡事故发生,是亟待攻克和解决的问题.本文探讨了建筑起重机械质量安全管理的影响因素,并提出了六西格玛质量管理法实施的有效策略.%The construction hoisting machinery large, construction safety hidden trouble, how to reduce equipment safety problems as much as possible, avoid casualty accident, is a very important problem. This paper discusses the factors influencing the construction hoisting machinery quality safety management, and puts forward the effective strategies on the implementation of six sigma quality management.
