The fire fighting administrative enforcement measures kinds problems in the existing legislation does not clearly defined, and there is a big theoretical controversy. Based on the characteristics of the fire fighting administrative enforcement measures, combined with the compulsory administrative law of the People's Republic of China, "hereby of the People's Republic of China" and relevant local laws, administrative rules and regulations, sums up the specific types of the fire compulsory measures, and has carried on the analysis to similar concepts.%消防行政强制措施种类问题在现有立法中并没有明确界定,且存在较大的理论争议.本文立足于消防行政强制措施的特征,结合《中华人民共和国行政强制法》、《中华人民共和国消防法》以及有关地方性法规、行政规章的规定,总结归纳了消防强制措施的具体种类,并对相近概念进行了辨析.
