随着中国大陆的综合国力的不断上升，改革发展的不断深化，英语已渐渐成为一种不可或缺的语言。然而，高职英语教学中的有效性并不高，同学们学习热情并不高涨，这和向社会及企业定向培养人才是或多或少有冲突的。如何使学生学以致用，提高高职英语教学的有效性，我结合教学实践尝试给高职英语教学法的发展及改革提出初级的策略和建议。%With the growing power of Mainland China and deepening the reforms and opening up to the outside world, English has already been an inevitable language. However, the validity in the teaching method in vocational English teaching was not that strong because in this teaching process, students were not quite interesting in learning which more or less lead to some conflicts between our teaching purpose and the job market requirement. Therefore, how do our teachers instruct students and let them put what they have learned at school into the practice in the workplace, or what do we strive to improve the validity in our teaching method? In this essay, I would like to offer some basic strategies and suggestions to the future development of vocational English teaching in terms of my practical teaching experience in recent years.
