浅谈新形势下现代公共图书馆的职能内涵

在信息化和多媒共享的新形势下，现代公共图书馆的职能也逐渐发生了转变，除了四大基本职能，现代图书馆将在数据序化方面发挥更大的作用，从而有利于国家和各级政府进行预测和决策，有利于社会团体对于运营项目的风险控制，甚至会参与到个人事务的管理和实施，即体现为一个新职能--参与社会管理职能。%In the information and multiple media sharing under the new situation, the function of the modern public library also gradually changed, in addition to the four basic functions, the modern library will play a more important role in data ordering, thus is advantageous to the country and governments at all levels to forecast and decision-making, conducive to social organization for operational risk control of the project, and even involved in the management of personal affairs and implementation, which embodied in a new function, to participate in social management function.
