the religious construction and socialist construction of our country is not a contradiction, which is more of a problem of the relationship between the part and whole, in order to realize the coordinated development of both need according to the constitution and laws of our country's religious activities to guide and management. To this, this article according to the central work in Xinjiang in 2014 symposium and the spirit of the central ethnic work conference in Xinjiang current strengthen national religious affairs management, put forward from six aspects: to establish a mechanism for the management of ethnic and religious system, in order to form a consensus and resultant force, promote ethnic and religious work throughout the country to develop in the direction of institutionalization, standardization and scientific.%我国的宗教建设与社会主义建设并不矛盾，二者更多的是一种部分与整体的关系问题，为了实现二者的协调发展，需要按照宪法和法律对我国的宗教活动进行引导与管理。对此，本文根据2014年中央新疆工作座谈会和中央民族工作会议精神结合新疆当前加强民族宗教事务管理工作的态势，提出从六个方面建立民族宗教管理工作的机制体系，以期形成共识和合力，推进全国民族宗教工作向制度化、规范化和科学化的方向发展。
