社会经济的发展与不断进步，需要的是全面的、具有综合素质的人才。长期以来，我国的高职院校英语教学中存在着忽视人文素质教育的问题，这不利于学生的全面发展，在高职英语教学中加强渗透人文素质教育势在必行。文章分析了在高职英语教学中渗透人文素质教育的可行性，并提出了具体的途径，主要包括充分挖掘运用教材的人文知识，创新运用灵活多样的教学方式，引入开展丰富多彩的第二课堂活动，组织培养专业稳定的师资队伍。%The social and economic development, social needs talents who are comprehensive, have comprehensive quality.
