模糊语言学在酒店英语中的应用

摘要

本文在分析模糊语言所起作用的基础上，模糊语言在酒店英语中应用模型，以提高沟通技能。模糊性是语言的一种本质特征，语言的模糊性主要体现在语言中频繁使用大量的模糊语。在酒店英语中使用模糊语主要具有委婉礼貌、维系面子、自我保护、增进合作等语用功能。酒店人员可以恰当地利用语言的模糊性，合理地使用模糊语言，能够起着积极的沟通效果。%This paper analyzes the function of fuzzy language, and the application of the fuzzy language in hotel English model, in order to improve the communication skills. Fuzziness is an essential feature of the language, fuzziness of language is mainly frequent use of fuzzy language in the language. Using fuzzy language major in hotel English euphemism polite, maintaining dignity and self protection, enhance cooperation in pragmatic functions.
