安全是人类最重要、最基本的需求，是人类生命、健康以及一切行为活动的基本保障。近年来灾害频发，综合防灾减灾已成为全球共同探究的话题。本文分析了我国城乡综合防灾减灾规划的发展现状及其发展趋势，以期为我国综合防灾减灾规划提供一定参考。%Safety is the most essential and fundamental needs of human beings, and it is the guarantee for human life, health and all activities. In recent years, as disasters occur frequently, comprehensive disaster prevention and reduction has become a global common research topic. This article analyzes the development status and trend of urban and rural comprehensive disaster prevention and reduction planning in China, and provides some reference for China's comprehensive disaster prevention and reduction planning.
