从新世纪以来，中国的社会环境出现了翻天覆地的变化。随之产生的全球化、市场化以及网络化等现象给思想政治教育带来严峻的挑战。对于新疆少数民族大学生而言，做好思想政治教育工作的改进，实现人文关怀和心理疏导，就成为满足其发展的艰巨任务之一。本文在分析思想政治教育人文关怀与心理疏导内涵的基础上，对于新疆少数民族大学生的特点进行分析，从而找准有效对策，来实现思想政治教育的人文关怀和心理疏导。%Since the new century, China's social environment has changed.
