新形势下大学生就业指导工作研究

摘要

The employment is vital to people's livelihood. College students' employment relationship to the national economy and people's livelihood, in recent years, with the enrol ment expansion of higher education in our country, and China's slowing economic growth year after year, college students' employment pressure is more and more big. To strengthen college students' employment guidance work, and promote the college students' al-round development is the key to deal with difficult employment. This paper discussed the significance of strengthening the col ege students' employment guidance, employment situation for college students, and the present situation of the universities employment instruction work, puts forward some suggestions to improve col ege students' employment guidance work, hoping to provide some references for col ege students employment guidance work.%就业是民生之本。大学生就业工作关系到国计民生，近年来随着我国高等教育的扩招，以及我国经济增速逐年放缓，大学生就业压力越来越大。加强大学生就业指导工作，促进大学生全面发展是应对就业难的关键。本文阐述了加强大学生就业指导的意义、大学生就业形势以及高校就业指导工作的现状，提出了改进大学生就业指导工作的建议，希望能为高校大学生就业指导工作提供一些参考。
