跨国商业贿赂法律规制分析

摘要

通过探究跨国商业贿赂的概念和特点，对比我国与世界各国跨国商业贿赂法律规定，分析得出我国跨国商业贿赂法律规制缺陷，以此为我国解决跨国商业贿赂问题提供对策建议。%Through a research into the concept and characteristics of the transnational commercial bribery and comparing the laws and regulations in this field with those of other countries, the author comes to an analysis on the defects of our legal regulation of transnational commercial bribery, in order to propose solutions and suggestions for our country to cope with problems in this area.
