论汉字对日本古代文明所产生的影响

摘要

This paper discusses the effects of Chinese characters on Japan. On this issue, existing studies have generally placed greatest emphasis on the cultural aspects of influence. However, I believe that the fundamental reason that Chinese characters were brought to and popularized in Japan is found in political needs, rather than cultural needs. In the process of developing ancient Japanese civilization, Chinese characters had a profound impact on the ancient state configuration, and the establishment and development of land systems, thus contributing to the rapid development of Japanese civilization, which represents the biggest benefit of Chinese characters to Japanese. The purpose of this paper is to provide a more objective and comprehensive understanding of the implication of Chinese culture on Japanese society by discussing the effects of Chinese characters on Japanese civilization.%汉字是中华文化的标签,它在很早就影响着周边国家。就汉字对日本所产生的影响问题一般比较强调其在文化层面上所发挥的作用。文化上的意义固然重要,但汉字传入日本并在日本得到普及,首先是基于政治上的需要,而非文化上的需求。在日本古代文明的发展进程中,汉字对日本古代国家形态、国家构造以及土地制度的建立和发展均产生了深远的影响,从而促进了日本文明程度的飞跃性发展。本文就汉字对日本文明所产生的作用进行了具体论述,以便更加客观、全面地认识中华文化对日本社会所产生的影响问题。
