采用亲核反应制备18 F-Fallypride。将不同浓度的19 F-Fallypride与18 F-Fallypride混匀模拟比活度变化,经尾静脉注射正常小鼠(3.7 MBq)后10 min行Micro PET显像,勾画纹状体为感兴趣区域,计算其摄取18 F-Fallypride的变化。结果表明,各组纹状体摄取18 F-Fallypride的量随比活度降低而降低,摄取值与19 F-Fallypride的浓度对数呈S型曲线变化。18 F-Fallypride的比活度不低于1.35 PBq/mol时,可保证18 F-Fallypride PET显像的准确性。结果可见,18 F-Fallypride比活度是多巴胺D2受体显像的重要影响因素。%To study the specific activity requirement of 18 F-Fallypride for dopamine D2 receptor PET imaging ,18 F-Fallypride was prepared by nucleophilic reaction and purified by HPLC .The specific activity was measured .Different concentrations of 19 F-Fallyp-ride and 18 F-Fallypride (3.7 MBq) were mixed to simulate the specific activity .After the mixture was intravenous injected into normal mice 10 min ,Micro PET was carried out ,and then the uptake of 18 F-Fallypride in striatum was analyzed . The striatum uptake of 18 F-Fallypride decreased w hen the specific activity decreased ,and the uptake value with the log concentration of 19 F-Fallypride exhibited S-shaped curve .Based on these ,18 F-Fallypride can be used for striatum Micro PET imaging with the specific ac-tivity no less than 1.35 PBq/mol .The specific activity is an important factor in the 18 F-Fallypride dopamine D2 receptor imaging .
