目的 探讨综合程序化护理干预对介入溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者生存质量的影响.方法 将60例介入溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者随机分成两组,观察组30例,对照组30例.对照组仅予常规治疗和护理,即术前常规查对,介绍术中注意事项,术中观察生命体征,配合心理安慰,术后遵医嘱用药,观察病情变化.观察组在常规治疗护理的同时给予综合程序化护理干预,即术前对患者进行全面护理评估,依据评估资料制定出科学的护理计划,主要包涵认知干预,行为干预,心理护理及健康教育等护理措施.于术前、术中、术后系统实施.出院1个月后对60例患者进行回访,比较两组生存质量指标(Sf-36).结果 观察组生存质量较对照组明显提高.结论 综合程序化护理干预可显著提高介入溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者的生存质量.%Objective To study the effect of comprehensive programmed nursing intervention on the living quality in patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombus who receive ir.terventional thromboiysis therapy. Methods A total of 60 patients receiving Interveritional thromboiysis due to lower extremity deep venous thrombus were randomly and Genially divided into two groups. Results The score of living quality in the study group was significantly higher titan that In the control group (P < 0.01 ), Conclusion The comprehensive programmed nursing intervention can significantly improve the living quality of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis patients who receive interventional thrombolysis therapy.
