肝动脉化疗栓塞在肝细胞肝癌合并门静脉癌栓患者中的应用

摘要

Primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common malignant tumor of the liver. Transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) has been considered to be a contraindication for HCC patients with portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT). However, in clinical practice, lots of HCC patients with PVTT have been treated with TACE and satisfactory clinical results have been achieved. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review about the safety and efficacy of TACE in treating HCC patients complicated by PVTT.(J Intervent Radiol, 2014, 23:352-356).%原发性肝细胞肝癌是最常见的肝脏恶性肿瘤，对于合并门静脉癌栓的肝细胞肝癌患者，肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗被视为禁忌症。但实际临床工作中仍有大量患者应用肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗，并取得良好疗效。笔者对肝动脉化疗栓塞在合并门静脉癌栓的肝细胞肝癌患者治疗中的安全性及有效性进行综述。
