高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫腺肌病临床研究进展

摘要

高强度聚焦超声(high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)治疗为近年来兴起的一项无创技术,因其安全、无创、无辐射、可重复等优点,广泛应用于各种实体肿瘤的治疗。本文对HIFU治疗子宫腺肌病的作用机制、适应证、禁忌证、治疗方法、安全性及有效性和并发症进行综述。%High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is a newly-developed noninvasive technique recently. Being a safe, non-radioactive and reproducible therapy, high-intensity focused ultrasound has been extensively used in the clinical treatment for a variety of solid tumors such as uterine adenomyosis. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review about this technique, focusing on the mechanism, clinical indications and contraindications, safety, efficacy and the complications of HIFU for the treatment of uterine adenomyosis.
