中药质量控制思路与方法管见

摘要

中药质量控制是保证中药用药是否有效和安全的关键因素之一.很多学者对此进行了广泛的探索和研究,提出了各自的思路和方法,都有很好的借鉴价值.本文结合作者研究经验和体会,对主要思路与方法进行了讨论,认为中药质量控制应该兼顾主要药效成分和非药效成分,尽可能针对其“全”成分进行表征和控制,并提出了研究思路.%Quality control of traditional Chinese materia medica ( TCMM) is one of the most important factors for ensuring their safety and efficacy. Many scholars have brought up various trains of thought on the subject, and all are reasonable. Based on the research experiences and deep considerations, the author proposes an idea on the quality control of TCMM that gives consideration to both the major effective and noneffective components, characterizine and control overall components as more as possible.
