PGP9.5在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义

ObjectiveiTo investigate the expression of protein gene product 9.5 (PGP9.5)in endometrial cancer,and to find out the relationship between its expression and carcinogenesis, invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: The expression of PGP9.5 was delected by immunohistochemistry (Envision two steps ) in 60 patients of endometrial carcinoma and 10 patients of normal uterine tissues. Results:Of 60 endometrial cancer specimens examined,45 cases (75.0% )showed staining with PGP9.5 in most tumor cells,whereas PGP9.5 expression was detected only in 2 cases (20%) normal epithelium. The results of immunohistochemistry revealed that there were significantly correlations between the expression of PGP9.5 and the stages,the degree of differentiation,and the occurrence of lymph node metastasis respectively (P<0.05) ;but there were no correlation between the expression of PGP9.5 and age .hislopatlmlogie type (P>0.05). Conclusions :PGP9.5 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of endometrial cancer,and the invasion of endometrial cancer could be detected by PGP9.5, which may be a useful molecular marker.%目的:研究蛋白基因产物9.5(protein gene product 9.5,PGP9.5)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,并探讨其与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和侵袭、转移的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学二步法检测60例子宫内膜癌及10例正常子宫内膜中PGP9.5的表达.结果:在60例子宫内膜癌组织中有45例(75.0％)表达PGP9.5,而正常子宫内膜细胞中仅2例(20％)表达PGP9.5.PGP9.5的表达与子宫内膜癌的分期、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移有关(P＜0.05),与患者年龄、子宫内膜癌的组织学类型无关(P＞0.05).结论:PGP9.5在子宫内膜癌侵袭及转移过程中可能发挥重要作用,PGP9.5的表达可作为肿瘤组织侵袭子宫内膜的一个分子标记物.
